PaaS: Creating Lessons

• What type of course material can be created?

Only written documents are accepted, with a maximum of 6,500 characters.

•     How do I assign the lessons created to learners?

a. Log in to the "User Tracking" interface from your MILA account.

b. In the "Coaching" tab, use the filters to refine your search and select the learners concerned.

c. Click on "Assign" to assign the lessons to the chosen learners.

d. Select one or more lessons from those created in the "Lesson Creation" tab on the PaaS interface.

e. Validate your choice to finalize the lesson assignment.

•     Can lessons be assigned by level?

Direct assignment of lessons by level is not possible. However, by specifying the difficulty of lessons when creating them on PaaS, you can tailor the content to the user levels according to the 7Speaking scale. This method ensures that lessons match learners' skills, providing a precise fit to suit their particular needs. »

•     Can a lesson be assigned to multiple learners simultaneously?

Yes, you can assign a lesson to multiple learners at the same time. Simply select the users concerned in the "Coaching" tab of the "User Tracking" interface.

•     Can I delete a lesson created?

Yes, you can stop a created lesson from broadcasting. Here's how to do it:

• Go to the "Lesson Creation" tab.
• Go to the "List of created lessons" submenu.
• Click on the "Pencil" edit icon next to the lesson you want to edit.
• Change the end date of the lesson to end its broadcast.

This change will prevent the lesson from being accessible to learners.
